About
Our "Why"
They say “Necessity is the Mother of Invention.” Kinemation Multimedia was built on that premise. I saw a problem — not with chiropractic itself, but with how little of it my patients actually understood. While I was preparing to sell my practice, I sat down with my practice statistics and found myself asking, “where the heck did all the patients go?” I had seen almost 16,000 new patients over 32 years. Even if just 5% of them had stayed for supportive care, I would be seeing 800 patient visits a month before counting a single active treatment. And still, as chiropractors, we spend hours explaining the same anatomy, the same biomechanics, and the same treatment plans — often with nothing more than a printed handout or a quick sketch on paper.
So I set out to build something better: a touchscreen platform that can be placed anywhere in the practice and turns “table talk” into clear, interactive experiences that patients actually understand.
Every module is designed for ease and flow, with two audiences in mind — the chiropractor who needs speed and precision, and the patient who needs clarity and confidence.
Our mission is to make patient education as effortless as the adjustment itself. When patients understand their condition, they engage in their care. And engaged patients get better outcomes.

Vincent J. Morreale, D.C.
Kinemation Multimedia
Chiropractic is in Dr. Morreale’s bones — literally.
Dr. Vincent J. Morreale comes from a family of nine chiropractors, a legacy that began in 1957 with family patriarch Dr. Tino Morreale. A graduate of Duquesne University and Parker College of Chiropractic, he established his Pittsburgh practice in 1994. With more than three decades of clinical experience, Dr. Morreale holds credentials in Spinal Trauma through the University at Buffalo and Stony Brook University Schools of Medicine. His professional leadership includes serving as District 1 President and Western Director of the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association, as well as on advisory boards for Duquesne University’s nursing and physical therapy programs. From 2005 through May 2026, he served as a team chiropractor for Duquesne University Athletics, pioneering the integration of chiropractic care into collegiate sports medicine in Western Pennsylvania.
After caring for more than 16,000 new patients throughout his career, Dr. Morreale recognized a fundamental challenge in healthcare: helping patients truly understand their conditions and the value of their treatment. This inspired him to create Kinemation Multimedia, partnering with his daughter, Michaela Rice, an accomplished animator and motion designer. Together, they combined clinical expertise with advanced animation and interactive technology to transform how chiropractors educate and engage their patients. His guiding philosophy captures the mission behind Kinemation: “Patients understand what they see more than what they hear.”

Animation & Creative Development | Kinemation Multimedia
If chiropractic is in Dr. Morreale's bones, then animation is in Michaela's blood.
From an early age, Michaela demonstrated a passion for creativity through writing, illustration, theater, and animation. Along with her three siblings, Michaela worked at Morreale Chiropractic, gaining firsthand experience in patient care and chiropractic office operations. At just 16 years old, she set her sights on becoming an animation director, eventually earning her degree in Computer Animation from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 2021. She went on to develop her professional expertise in motion design, digital media, and visual storytelling, working with DICK'S Sporting Goods and Playfly Sports.
The vision for Kinemation Multimedia began during Michaela's college years, when Dr. Morreale recognized the opportunity to combine his extensive chiropractic and anatomical knowledge with his daughter's creative talents. In 2025, they began transforming that vision into reality, developing an innovative multimedia platform designed to revolutionize patient education through advanced animation and interactive technology. Michaela brings artistic creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for visual storytelling to Kinemation, helping make complex medical concepts easier for patients to understand. Today, she resides in Warwick, Rhode Island, with her husband, Patrick "Tricky" Rice, and their cat, Charlie, continuing to pursue her passion for bringing ideas to life through animation.
