Getting Started with WellStream
From unboxing to continuous patient education in about 10 minutes. You supply your own streaming stick — no technicians required.

Connect Any Streaming Device
Use any TV or commercial display with an HDMI port.
- Plug your streaming stick into the TV's HDMI port.
- Connect it to your clinic Wi-Fi.
- Open its web browser (Silk on Fire TV, or Chrome / your TV's built-in browser).

Customize in Doctor Studio
Set up your presentation from your computer or tablet.
- Sign in to Doctor Studio.
- Add your practice name, doctor name and logo.
- Choose your condition and wellness slides.
- Customize your ticker: birthdays, office closures, special events, referrals.

Pair Your Screen
Link your reception TV to your account.
- Open your WellStream display link on the TV.
- A pairing code appears on screen.
- Enter that code in Doctor Studio — your slides load instantly.

Fullscreen & Loop
Set it once and let it run all day.
- Switch the browser to fullscreen.
- WellStream loops continuously during clinic hours.
- No daily maintenance required.

Clinic Setup Tips
Power from the wall, not the TV
TV USB ports often can't supply enough power and cause random restarts. Use the stick's power adapter in a wall outlet or surge protector.
Turn off the screen saver
In your device's display settings, set the screen saver / sleep timer to "Never" so the stream isn't interrupted.
Widescreen, eye level
WellStream is designed for horizontal 16:9 TVs (1080p or 4K). Mount at or slightly above seated eye level in the waiting area.
Use your main Wi-Fi
Avoid guest networks that require a daily sign-in page. Use your clinic's primary or staff network.
End of day is easy
Just turn the TV off with the remote, or use an inexpensive outlet timer that powers it on 15 minutes before you open.
Updates are automatic
Changes you make in Doctor Studio appear on the TV automatically — no re-pairing needed. No sound setup required.
