How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or contact us at kinemationsupport@gmail.com and we'll help.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account. Your service continues through the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
