About Lateral Epicondylitis

Lateral epicondylitis, often called tennis elbow, is pain on the outside of the elbow. It happens when the tendons that lift your wrist and fingers get overused. Small tears and swelling build up where the tendons attach to the bone. The area gets sore, weak, and tender to touch.
