About Plantar Fasciitis (Plantar View)
The plantar view looks at the bottom of the foot. You can see how the plantar fascia spreads out from the heel like a fan and reaches each toe. When this band gets overused, it becomes thick and sore, mostly near the heel. The bottom of the foot feels tender, and the pain is worst with the first steps after rest. Early care helps the fascia heal and stops the pain from getting worse.
